Job Opening :: Master Cook
The Master Cook is responsible for the daily production for outlet food. Responsiblities include creating and maintaining the highest quality food products, with a commitment to excellenve in cuisine. Highly motivated, responsible for both back and front of the house operations, providing maximum guest service and satisfation while achieving financial goals.
Prefer 2 or more years in hotel/casino or restaurant culinary teams.
Culinary background should include high volume, quality cuisine and sanitation skills.
Must be able to lift at least 20 to 30 lbs. repeatedly and 75 lbs. on occasion.
Must have cash handling experience.
