Job Opening :: Pre-Press Technician-$20-$25.00/Hour

This positions starts at $20-$25/Hour DOE

As the Prepress Technician, you will be helping our team process incoming files to be produced by our in-house print shop.  All files are created and supplied by our Advertising department and will need to be pre-flighted and proofed before being processed for production.  Files are used to produce jobs on traditional offset presses as well as digital print engines.  We are looking for candidates with some experience in the print industry and hands-on familiarity with PCs and prepress software.

The software we use is common to the industry and includes the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, focusing on Acrobat with PitStop and FusionPro plug-ins and Illustrator.

Qualifications:

• We would prefer someone with printing and prepress experience

• The ability to learn and adapt in order to ensure smooth training

• An eagerness to learn and be a part of a team
