The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor helps ensure the department and company policies and procedures are followed.  They will support Front Desk employees in the performance of their job responsibilities and maintain excellent guest relations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

  • Must have previous cashiering experience.

  • Must have 10 key and typing experience (30 WPM).

  • Must have experience with LMS.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
