The Property Project Engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment within the casino, with a focus on Glass Glazier work. The Property Project Engineer is also responsible for maintaining cosmetic repairs and preventative maintenance in all of the peppermill hotel rooms, and assisting guests and employees with room or equipment concerns.

 

Qualifications :

• A fun attitude.

• Contagious smile.

• Desire to work with people.

• Stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time and comfortably lift up to 50lbs.Experience in basic electrical, welding, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment highly desired.

• Must have a valid driver license.

• Must have basic knowledge of painting, caulking carpentry, tile work and cove basing. Wallpaper abilities a plus.

• Must be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Must be able to supply your own hand tools and pouch.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
