The Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for assisting HVAC/REF Technicians in maintaining and repairing all existing air, heating and refrigeration equipment including exhaust fans and evaporative equipment for the property.

 

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience in basic electrical, air conditioning and troubleshooting required.

• A high school diploma, GED equivalent, or trade school required.

• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs.

• Ability to be organized, flexible and to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures. 

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
