Job Opening :: Hotel Operator (PBX)
The Hotel Operator (PBX) is self-motivated, provides excellent customer service and is professional in demeanor. The agent should be capable of learning and utilizing a variety of computer systems, programs, and have excellent typing skills. The candidate should desire to work in a fast-paced high call volume environment while meeting established guidelines and have the ability to adapt to an always changing environment.
·Programs include, but are not limited to: Mitel, LMS, Outlook and Excel.
·Hotel Operators may be required to work varying schedules that reflect the business needs of a 24-hour department.
·Must be able to effectively communicate as well as speak, read, and write in English.
