Job Opening :: WV Master Cook


The Master Cook is responsible for the daily production for outlet food. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the highest quality food products, with a commitment to excellence in cuisine. Highly motivated, responsible for both back and front of the house operations, providing maximum guest service and satisfaction while achieving financial goals.




  • Prefer 2 or more years in hotel/casino or restaurant culinary teams.

  • Culinary background should include high volume, quality cuisine and sanitation skills.

  • Must be able to lift at least 20 to 30 lbs. repeatedly and 75 lbs. on occasion.

  • Must have cash handling experience.
