The Surveillance Video Technician performs new video equipment installations, maintenance and services all CCTV equipment and utilize existing equipment as directed. Reports verbally any equipment found beyond repair, offer solutions to any area of vulnerability to loss from internal or external sources and relay any safety considerations to the Manager. Moves and maintains CCTV equipment as needed to maintain compliance with GCB minimum standards. Maintains a thorough knowledge of existing equipment as well as changing technologies.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Comprehensive technical knowledge in installation, maintenance and servicing of CCTV equipment.

• Thorough knowledge of casino operations, PCs and CCTV equipment.

• Mobility to maneuver throughout entire hotel and casino areas.

• Ability to remain calm under stressful situations.

• Must obtain a Gaming Control Board license.
