Job Opening :: Slot Lead Service Representative

The Slot Lead will assist the Slot Shift Manager with providing superior guest service as well as helping with various floor operational tasks such as jackpot assistance, machine overrides, ticket redemption fills and other on floor administrative duties.  Previous Slot experience is required for this position.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.

• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.

• Previous Slot experience is required.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Good math skills

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent.

• Money handling experience preferred.

• Special skills; overtly friendly and outgoing with a customer service orientation.

• Mechanical aptitude, highly organized with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
