The VIP Concierge Agent provides courteous, efficient and professional service to our VIP Casino guests as well as providing Concierge duties to all resort guests. Agents perform various functions related to hotel registration, room and restaurant bookings, assisting higher level VIP casino guests, and supporting the Casino Host/Special Events Teams.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask.

• Self-starter, ability to work both supervised and unsupervised.

• Previous experience in related field: Hotel/Casino/Customer Service.

• Experience with the AS400, CMS Tracking System, and/or DineTime preferred.

• May be required to work varying schedules based on business needs.

• Knowledge of Reno/Sparks/Tahoe area a must.

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.

• Must be 21 or older.

• Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
