The Peppermill is seeking a talented Spa Manager to uphold our AAA Four Diamond level of service who will be responsible for managing all areas of the spa, including its services, facilities and staff.  The manager will strive to continually improve guest experiences and maximize the financial performance of the department.

 

Qualifications:

·1-2 years of Management/Supervisor experience, preferably in a resort environment.

·Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and demonstrate computer operating knowledge.

·Passion for celebrating success and growth of the staff to achieve our ‘Service Excellence’ goals.

·Must present a well-groomed appearance.

·Must be able to communicate professionally verbally and written.
