The Slots Service Representative provides guests with an enjoyable gaming experience by ensuring guests are paid out slot jackpots and provided change in a timely manner.

Duties:

• Initiate, verify and pay slot jackpots of predetermined amounts.

• Carry and maintain a floor bank to provide guests with change.

• Maintain cashier bank when working in the booth to provide guests with change and other SSRs with jackpot funds.

• Assist guests with the Passport Rewards Program.

• Perform slot operation duties while complying with departmental, company and Gaming policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Keep sections neat and clean.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age.

• High School diploma or G.E.D.

• Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

• Money handling experience preferred.

• Must be proficient in general math skills.
