Job Opening :: Bus Person
The Bus Person is responsible for providing guests with efficient and friendly service, while maintaining a clean dining environment to ensure our guests return visit.
Duties:
Sincerely greet each guest at their table and genuinely thank the guests.
Know the script and hours/days of operation of restaurants.
Provides initial and ongoing beverage service for the guest.
Responsible for clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.
Complete shift side work requirements.
Responsible for maintaining the required levels of supplies in the dining room.
Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age.
A minimum of six months’ bussing experience is preferred.
Must be flexible to work any day of the week and any shift.
Must be able to repeatedly lift 40 lbs. to chest.
Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Ability to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
Must be able to speak and understand English.
