The Casino Executive supervises all table games. Additionally, they will implement policies and procedures, train, monitor, and evaluate performance of pit personnel in accordance with departmental rules and regulations.

Duties:

• Act as a host, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service.
• Maintain an awareness of applicable company and departmental policies, procedures and rules and supervise table games accordingly.
• Maintain table game bankrolls.
• Verify the accuracy of all documentation including fills, credits, and markers/buy-backs.
• Monitor and document all cash transactions within the guidelines set forth by State and Federal Regulations.
• Issue markers and buy-backs to credit-line players.
• Change cards/dice as required by Company policy.
• Inform Shift Manager and Surveillance of all abnormalities and “Hi-Limit” plays in their section.
• Manage Player tracking.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old.

• Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
• Working knowledge of all or most table games.
• Understanding of basic strategy and card counter identification.
• Good Mathematical and Communication Skills.
