Job Opening :: Casino Executive
The Casino Executive supervises all table games. Additionally, they will implement policies and procedures, train, monitor, and evaluate performance of pit personnel in accordance with departmental rules and regulations.
Duties:
- Act as a host, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service.
- Maintain an awareness of applicable company and departmental policies, procedures and rules and supervise table games accordingly.
- Maintain table game bankrolls.
- Verify the accuracy of all documentation including fills, credits, and markers/buy-backs.
- Monitor and document all cash transactions within the guidelines set forth by State and Federal Regulations.
- Issue markers and buy-backs to credit-line players.
- Change cards/dice as required by Company policy.
- Inform Shift Manager and Surveillance of all abnormalities and “Hi-Limit” plays in their section.
- Manage Player tracking.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
- Working knowledge of all or most table games.
- Understanding of basic strategy and card counter identification.
- Good Mathematical and Communication Skills.
