Job Summary:

The Remodel Laborer is responsible for supporting Peppermill Engineering and/or sub-contractors during remodel or renovation projects on Peppermill properties.

Essential Functions:

· Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift

· Have basic knowledge of the following skills:

o Work efficiently and safely with all hand tools

o Work efficiently and safely with all power tools

· Deliver materials to worksites and dispose of materials when necessary

· Store items properly throughout property

· General labor work

· Assess areas and determine if any repair or upkeep are necessary

· Respond promptly to the needs of guests and company

· Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to proper management.

· Attend and successfully complete all training courses and requirements.

Qualifications:

· Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

· Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.

· Have previous experience or general awareness of labor/remodel work
