The Pool Technician is responsible for maintaining the Peppermill swimming pools and hot tubs.

Duties:

• Maintain plumbing, basic electrical, chemicals, pumps, gauges, sensors and pool filtering systems.

• Order parts and supplies as needed for pool maintenance.

• Maintain work areas in a clean, neat, and hazard-free condition.

• Work safely and respond to hazards immediately, promptly reporting safety concerns to management.

• Annual completion of Respirator training and fit test.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or trade school equivalent required.

• Previous experience in pool maintenance preferred.

• State or County Pool Certification preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Organized, flexible, and able to handle multiple priorities.

• Understand and follow written and verbal directions in English.
