Job Opening :: Surveillance Agent
The Surveillance Agent is responsible for protecting the company’s money, property, assets and reputation through video surveillance.
Duties:
Observe the activities of guests and employees in all gaming and money handling areas.
Investigate and save video of all liability issues that involve employees and guests.
Report and offer solutions to any area of vulnerability to loss from internal or external sources.
Maintain thorough knowledge of Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS), company policy and other department procedures.
Verify certain jackpot and payoff amounts as required.
Report verbally and in writing any violations of NRS, company policy, other department procedures or any safety considerations to the appropriate authority.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
Surveillance or security experience required.
Proficient in typing and operating computers.
