Description:

The Slots Service Representative Lead is responsible to provide guests with an enjoyable gaming experience by offering exceptional service within the scope of slot operations, as well as other hotel casino functions.  Works closely with fellow employees and management of all departments to present guests with the best possible service ensuring continued patronage.

Duties:

Maintain Western Village’s high standard of quality and guest service.  Initiate, verify and pay slot jackpots of predetermined amounts.  Carry and maintain a floor bank to provide guests with change.  Protect company funds at all times.  Minor slot machine repair.

Qualifications:

  1. Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  2. Good math skills.
  3. Money handling experience preferred.
  4. Special skills; overtly friendly and outgoing with a customer service orientation.
  5. Mechanical aptitude, highly organized with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  6. Must be 21 years of age.
  7. Basic Management Skills
