Job Opening :: Pastry Cook
The Pastry Cook is responsible for helping prepare quality restaurant desserts. Ability to make and follow detailed recipes a must, checking daily production schedules and pars, establishing priority items for the day and being part of a team. This person should be able to work in a high-volume environment in a team-oriented environment.
Pastry/culinary background a must.
Experience in high volume pastry production whether Hotel/Casino, Restaurant or Bakery.
Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
Flexible work schedule when needed.
Be able to plan and prepare for restaurant, multiple outlet production, catering, amenities and special events.
Ability and willingness to create and develop new or seasonal menu ideas as a team member.
A fun attitude a must.
