The User Support Desk/PC Technician will help provide corporate-wide day-to-day 1st level help desk technical support to users of desktop systems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Desire to work with people.

  • Minimum of 6 months, 1 one year technical customer service or other relevant experience.

  • Must have excellent customer service demeanor, verbal communication skills.

  • Strong working knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.

  • Knowledge of networking hardware a plus.

  • This position will be part of an on-call rotation.
