Job Opening :: Banquet Coordinator
The Banquet Coordinator is responsible in managing, producing, and directing daily administrative duties of the Banquet Department. Key roles include: Administrator, Team Player, Mentor, and Communicator.
High School education.
2-3 years’ experience in Banquet operations and management.
Experienced in administration duties, scheduling, micros report data, etc.
Understanding of Micros.
Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Excellent interpersonal customer service, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once with minimal direction.
Ability to compile, compute and analyze pertinent data needed for reports.
Ability to work with the AS 400 and other computer-based systems, as well as the Micros system.
