Description:

Seeking an experienced mechanical Central Plant Manager whose responsibility will be to supervise employees and contractors, scheduling maintenance and repairing of the entire property.  

Duties:

Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure to Shift Manager.  Must be able to handle emergency situations and notify proper authorities for assistance and repairs.

 

Qualifications:

1. Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time and be able to comfortably lift 50 pounds.

2. Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.

3. Supervise the scheduling of maintenance of entire property with contractors on all repairs.

4. Must be liaison between departments and guests.

5. Must read blueprints and work around electrical, water and gas feed lines.
