The Cook is responsible to work any and all stations in the restaurant. The perfect candidate must have a high level of culinary talent, have basic supervisory responsibilities and is capable to think on the spot.

Qualifications:

·Prefer 3 or more years in restaurant kitchens.

·Culinary background should include high volume, quality cuisine and sanitation skills.

·Must be able to lift at least 20 to 30 lbs. repeatedly and 75 lbs. on occasion.

·Must be at least 18 years of age.
