Job Opening :: Spa Shift Manager
The Spa Shift Manager assists the management team and director in supervising all Massage Therapists, Aestheticians, Hair and Nail Technicians. Directs all efforts toward guest satisfaction, upholds standards, profit maximization and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
·1-2 years of Management/Supervisor experience, preferably in a resort environment.
·Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and demonstrate computer operating knowledge.
·Passion for celebrating success and growth of the staff to achieve our ‘Service Excellence’ goals.
·Must present a well-groomed appearance.
·Must be able to communicate professionally verbally and written.
