Job Opening :: Soft Count Attendant
The Hard/Soft Count Person is responsible for extracting, replacing, counting and reporting slot currency drops, currency and ticket exchanges from slot machines. This position starts at 3:00 AM.
Duties:
Count, sort and verify cash transactions.
Process monetary transactions between gaming and the vault adhering to Nevada law and company policy.
Extract slot currency cans from slot machines on the casino floor, replacing these with empty currency cans.
Open currency cans.
Separate money by box designation.
Operate bar code scanner.
Basic Data entry.
Transcribe data for accounting reports.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License.
Minimum of one year of cash handling experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs., bend and kneel.
