The Food Expeditor is responsible for providing the guests with efficient food delivery.

Duties:

· Assist in the service and delivery of all food and drinks.

· Coordinates food running between Chefs and servers.

· Maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees.

· Understands the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner.

· Complete all side work requirements.

· Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the outlet.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of one year food serving experience preferred.

• Knowledge of wines and premium brands of liquor preferred.

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
