Job Opening :: Bilingual HR Representative - $21.00/Hour
The HR Bilingual Representative is responsible for ensuring employee and applicant needs are met, and maintaining efficient and effective front operations.
Duties:
- Answer telephones in a timely and courteous manner.
- Aid applicants and current employees at the Peppermill and Western Village properties
- Prepare new hire packets, reviews required forms with the new hire and facilitates the onboarding process.
- Assist with general employee benefits and leave of absence inquiries as needed.
- Assist HR Management with all HR functions including applicant screening and employee communication.
- Perform data entry on personnel changes and update system for employee licenses, training, etc.
- Maintain and distribute employee checks.
- Perform various verification of employment forms.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports.
- Index paperwork daily.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for employees and applicants.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to obtain a license through the Gaming Control Board.
- Minimum of one-year previous HR experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish required.
