Job Opening :: Passport Rewards Supervisor
The Passport Rewards Supervisor oversee the daily operations of the Passport Rewards Club with a focus on staffing, supporting and developing teams.
Duties
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service; identify and resolve service.
- Lead daily operations of the Passport Rewards Club, focusing on team development, task coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Manage administrative functions including record keeping, inventory control, and scheduling.
- Train and support new and existing team members, applying effective service recovery techniques.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions and database management to support club growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or G.E.D required.
- Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
- Alcohol Awareness card required.
- Minimum of one year experience in Casino and Supervisory positions required.
- Two or more years of customer service experience required.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
