The Passport Rewards Supervisor oversee the daily operations of the Passport Rewards Club with a focus on staffing, supporting and developing teams.

Duties

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service; identify and resolve service.
  • Lead daily operations of the Passport Rewards Club, focusing on team development, task coordination, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage administrative functions including record keeping, inventory control, and scheduling.
  • Train and support new and existing team members, applying effective service recovery techniques.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions and database management to support club growth and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D required.
  • Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
  • Alcohol Awareness card required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in Casino and Supervisory positions required.
  • Two or more years of customer service experience required.
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
