Job Opening :: Front Desk Relief Supervisor
The Front Desk Relief Supervisor assists the Hotel Shift Manager or Supervisor by effectively managing the hotel inventory and provide direction and assistance to employees.
Duties:
- Ensure efficient and professional guest-focused experience during registration, check-out, and over-the-phone interaction.
- Support front desk associates in resolving guest challenges/complaints as needed.
- Observe front desk associates to ensure that established procedures are followed.
- Assist with maximizing revenue with suite upgrades and rate integrity.
- Assist on the front line as needed.
- Assist in maintaining same day inventory and selling strategies.
- Assist with the Hotel Night Audit ensuring it is completed accurately.
- Ensure all required reports and forms are completed daily.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year Front Desk experience.
- Two or more years of customer service experience.
- Must be able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
