The Front Desk Relief Supervisor assists the Hotel Shift Manager or Supervisor by effectively managing the hotel inventory and provide direction and assistance to employees.

Duties:

  • Ensure efficient and professional guest-focused experience during registration, check-out, and over-the-phone interaction.
  • Support front desk associates in resolving guest challenges/complaints as needed.
  • Observe front desk associates to ensure that established procedures are followed.
  • Assist with maximizing revenue with suite upgrades and rate integrity.
  • Assist on the front line as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining same day inventory and selling strategies.
  • Assist with the Hotel Night Audit ensuring it is completed accurately.
  • Ensure all required reports and forms are completed daily.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one year Front Desk experience.
  • Two or more years of customer service experience.
  • Must be able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
