The VIP Concierge Agent is responsible for providing personalized services such as booking accommodations, dinning, and entertainment for our VIP guests.

Duties:

  • Build strong relationships and memorable experiences for guests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Check-in and check-out VIP guests.
  • Answer phones in a timely, courteous and professional matter.
  • Assist all hotel guests by providing information, directions, tours, entertainment etc.
  • Prepare and serve complimentary drinks for VIP guests.
  • Reserve rooms for VIP guests and accommodate any special room requests.
  • Input same day reservations for VIP guests, verifying marketing codes.
  • Book restaurant reservations for all on property outlets and cabanas for guests.
  • Assist in play evaluations for VIP guests.
  • Arrange limousine transportation for guests.
  • Provide support for Special Event functions.
  • Promptly review and respond to all VIP Service email requests from guests or hosts.
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of VIP Service and Concierge areas.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D or college degree preferred.
  • Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board and a valid Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Experience in a Hotel/Casino environment preferred.
  • Experience with the AS/400 and CMS Tracking System preferred.
  • Knowledge of nearby destinations and directions to them.
