Job Opening :: HR Training Facilitator
The HR Training Facilitator is responsible for educational programs and activities related to training and development.
Duties:
- Develop and facilitate employee and leadership training and development programs for various Peppermill properties.
- Coordinate and monitor Peppermill training programs including but not limited to leadership skills, guest service, new hire orientation and safety related training courses.
- Assist with data entry and records management system for completed or outstanding training courses.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of leadership and staff within the organization.
- Order department supplies by fulfilling weekly orders and ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Manage special projects as needed.
- Assist in all areas of human resources.
Qualifications:
- Human Resources experience preferred.
- Previous training and development presentation experience preferred.
- Must be able to commute between the Peppermill Reno and Western Village properties.
- Must be computer literate and have hands-on knowledge of MS Office software.
- Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, expressing ideas clearly and actively listening to thoughts and ideas of others.
- Bi-lingual capabilities in English/Spanish preferred.
