The HR Training Facilitator is responsible for educational programs and activities related to training and development.

Duties:

  • Develop and facilitate employee and leadership training and development programs for various Peppermill properties.
  • Coordinate and monitor Peppermill training programs including but not limited to leadership skills, guest service, new hire orientation and safety related training courses.
  • Assist with data entry and records management system for completed or outstanding training courses.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of leadership and staff within the organization.
  • Order department supplies by fulfilling weekly orders and ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
  • Manage special projects as needed.
  • Assist in all areas of human resources.

  Qualifications:

  • Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Previous training and development presentation experience preferred.
  • Must be able to commute between the Peppermill Reno and Western Village properties.
  • Must be computer literate and have hands-on knowledge of MS Office software.
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, expressing ideas clearly and actively listening to thoughts and ideas of others.
  • Bi-lingual capabilities in English/Spanish preferred.
