The Reservations Supervisor assists management to maximize occupancy and provides excellent guest service.

This position is an in person position only. 

Duties:

• Supervise all agents providing feedback both positive and negative.
• Interview for Reservation Agents
• Conduct one on one training with agents.
• Help input reservations.
• Assist with monitoring and adjusting rates.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
• 2 years or more experience in reservations or front desk preferred.
• Customer service, office, and computer experience required.
